Humbug! Everybody wants, everybody needs! Christmas is just another excuse to get peoples money. Thanks for playing smokey. Merry Christmas, have some emotional blackmail. Little doggies are dying, baby animals are crying. Give, give, give! I get sick of it.

The reason we see this phenomenon at the holidays is because people as a race generally suck and there are few opportunities that allow man not to suck as much and obviously Christmas which commemorates the birth of the son of God who made us and is "love" would be such an opportunity... GodBless you and may your days be Merry and Bright...

I certainly know the stretch that most families have to give another dollar. That is why I promote fruit to food pantries. It costs nothing.

Lindsay has an excellent "wish list" which many of us may have these items around our house already. We can donate and it will cost us nothing. Check out the list - it is interesting and wide ranged. Even old medications we may have are donation items.

Merry Christmas - even to the humbugs.
